This is the tenth track from my new album “Somewhere between Light and Sound”. “Summer by the River” recalls the many moments I have spent sitting by the river in a spot close to home, imbibing the sounds, colours and movements all around me, deep in thought.

I have experienced many moments of sadness, joy and pleasure in my little nest. What is beautiful now is the fact that I can share this spot with my little grandchildren. It is my happy place. The music is a description of all the memories I have from this little piece of paradise.
